I have more than 14 years experience in English teaching, and have helped more than 240 students get an English certification.

About Me

I am an English Literature Bachelor major graduate with a minor in gastronomy; I have experience teaching English as a second Language, as an Editor, and as a Translator.

I am very interested in learning about the world surrounding me and I am capable of adapting to several workspaces.

My Experience

I have years of experience as an English teacher in middle schools and high schools, with university level students, and with adults.

I have worked with a variety of materials as well as methodologies, and I have also taught students that needed to get an official English certification.

I have experience in guiding students through their Cambridge certifications such as KET, PET, FCE, and CAE, as well as Trinity College certifications, TOEFL, and CENNI.

Teach and have taught ESL to middle school and high school students in different schools using Kagan methodology, as well as TBL and guided discovery.

Teach and have taught ESL to Bachelor degree students in different Universities using Kagan methodology, as well as TBL and guided discovery.

2020

Editor & Editor Coordinator

Wrote and coordinated the US’s side chronicle of the pandemic by summarizing newspaper’s notes, chronically accurate news as well as collecting testimonials from people that wanted to share their experience.

Worked with an 8 person staff who collaborated in writing and doing research to be published. 

2015 – to date

Freelance Editor & Translator

Translated a various number of documents SPA-ENG, ENG-SPA such as legal contracts, nutrition and medical documents to be posted and a number of bios.

Edited a series of posts for various web pages to be later used on social networks.
